Long Blocks
Block, rotating assembly, and cylinder heads.
These listings are replacement assemblies sold independently of the original vehicle manufacturers. Year, make, and model get you close; VIN and engine code confirm whether the assembly is the one to ship.
Long-block listings are block, rotating assembly, and cylinder heads unless the specification sheet says otherwise. Intake, exhaust manifolds, oil pan, and front dress are typically the installing shop’s transfer from the outgoing engine—or a separate parts order. Read the photographs; do not infer a complete engine from a long-block SKU.
Long blocks still have to match bore spacing, crank flange, head architecture, and often the oil-pump drive of the application. VIN and engine code remain the confirmation step. A long block does not skip emissions or harness questions; it just moves more accessory matching onto the bench.
If you are choosing between a long block and a complete engine, start with what is already on the vehicle and what the shop is prepared to transfer. The complete-versus-long-block article is the companion to this category. Freight for a single supported unit is shown at checkout from the destination ZIP.
