Information we process

Purposes
We process information to respond to enquiries and quote requests; match products; verify VIN/fitment; complete checkout; create and administer orders and invoices; calculate freight; arrange delivery; provide customer service and chat support; protect against fraud and abuse; meet legal and accounting duties; and operate the website.

Sale and targeted advertising
We do not currently sell customer personal information for monetary consideration. We do not currently use customer information for third-party cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not currently operate third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website. If that changes, this policy and cookie practices will be updated and consent requirements reassessed.
AI assistant
This website has an AI-assisted chat system. Messages are stored on our systems for conversation history and support. When generative AI is enabled, relevant minimized context may be sent to an external AI provider. The current implementation uses Google-hosted generative AI (Gemma and/or Gemini models via Google’s AI interface) where that integration is enabled. Direct personal identifiers are minimized or redacted where that technical redaction is implemented before the external call. AI output can contain errors. Verify important engine and fitment decisions with a human and with your installer. You may request a human. Staff may review conversation history. The assistant does not independently make legally significant decisions about customers.
Telegram administrative alerts
Authorized staff may receive administrative Telegram alerts for events such as a new enquiry, a human requested, a VIN captured, customer contact details received, and an unresolved enquiry the assistant could not handle. Alert content is minimized and identifiers such as VINs are masked where that is implemented. Telegram is a third-party messaging service used as an internal notification channel. We do not claim Telegram receives no data.
We use email for enquiries, order acknowledgements/confirmations, invoices, payment instructions, support, and other operational communications. We do not currently operate a marketing-email subscription list on this website.
Payment data
Do not enter a full card number, bank password, account password, or authentication codes in contact forms or chat. We record payment-method selection and status. We do not presently operate a conventional embedded card-payment gateway. Follow the invoice instructions for the method you selected.
Retention
Practical defaults: general enquiries, 24 months after last substantive interaction; chat conversations, 24 months after last substantive interaction; Telegram/chat notification logs, 90 days where operationally practical; server/security logs, 90 days where operationally practical; orders and invoices, 7 years subject to tax, accounting, and legal requirements; privacy request records, 24 months after request resolution. We do not automatically delete orders or invoices needed for legal or accounting retention.
Cookies
See the Cookie Policy for the actual cookies this site sets. We currently use strictly necessary first-party cookies only. We do not add a consent banner solely for appearance. If non-essential analytics or advertising tracking is added later, consent requirements must be reassessed.
Privacy requests
Send privacy requests to the company email published in settings (currently the address used for sales correspondence). You may request, where applicable: access; correction; deletion; portability; restriction; objection; or another privacy enquiry. We may request reasonable identity verification. We do not automatically require government ID. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to you.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. We do not claim absolute security. AI processing and Telegram notifications involve processors outside this website’s own servers. Those services are operated by their providers under their terms.
Children
This catalog is for adult purchasers of replacement engines. It is not directed to children.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date on the page is the current version date. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
