Currency
Catalog prices, freight, discounts, invoices, and refunds are administered in USD unless a specific written invoice states otherwise.
Methods displayed at checkout
Active payment methods are displayed at checkout with any customer-facing description we have published for that method. We do not statically promise that a particular brand of processor will always be available. If no method is available, checkout will say so and you should contact sales.
How payment works
You select a method when you place the order. We record that selection and the order totals. No card number or bank password is collected on this website. After review, we email an invoice and the payment instructions for the selected method. Complete payment according to those instructions. We schedule freight after required payment is completed and the receiving address is checked.
Payment-method discounts
If a method offers a configured discount, that discount currently applies to merchandise (the engine subtotal), not to freight. The checkout summary shows the merchandise discount for the selected method. Catalog list prices and Google feed prices remain the undiscounted listing prices.
Freight and totals
For a supported single-unit order, the freight shown before you place the order is the freight stored on the order and used on the invoice unless you and we later agree in writing to a destination or cart change. We do not add hidden mandatory residential or liftgate charges afterward on those automatically quoted orders.
Payment status and order release
Orders start as awaiting review with payment pending. After instructions are sent, payment remains pending until we confirm receipt. Fulfilment proceeds once the order is accepted and required payment is complete. Uncompleted or failed payment can delay or cancel fulfilment. Fraud or security review may add time.
Taxes
Checkout does not currently auto-calculate sales tax as a separate line in all cases. If tax is legally required on a transaction, it will be identified on the invoice. You remain responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase where the law requires.
Refunds
Refunds follow the Returns & Refund Policy and, for covered defects, the Warranty Policy. Where practicable we refund using the original payment method/process. Processing times after inspection are stated in the Returns Policy.
Do not send secrets in chat or forms
Do not enter a full card number, bank password, account password, or authentication codes into the contact form or chat. This website records payment-method selection and status. It does not presently operate a conventional embedded card-payment gateway.
