About these Terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms and the related policies linked from checkout. If you do not agree, do not place an order. We may update these Terms; the Last updated date is the current version. New orders store a policy version snapshot when that database field is available. Historical orders are not rewritten.
Business information
We are the independent seller identified in company settings on this website. Contact details (name, phone, email, and correspondence address) are taken from those settings, not copied as static text in every file. The correspondence address is not a walk-in parts counter. Engines ship as freight to the destination on the order.
Eligibility and use of the website
The catalog is intended for customers who can form a contract under applicable law, typically adults purchasing replacement engines for vehicles in the United States. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that degrades service, or submit false vehicle information to obtain an engine that does not match the vehicle.
Product listings
Listings describe the assembly we have: photographs, specifications, condition class, and application notes. Availability can change. A listing can be corrected if the specification was wrong or if the engine is sold. Prices are in USD.
Product condition
Condition is stated on the listing (for example used or remanufactured). Used means a take-out assembly with the dress and mileage shown when we have those facts. Remanufactured means a rebuilt assembly to the specification described. We do not relabel a used take-out as new.
Engine photographs
Listing photographs are of the engine being sold unless the page states they are representative. If a part is not shown or named, do not assume it ships.
Fitment and VIN verification
Compatibility may depend on VIN, engine code, year, make, model, trim, drivetrain, transmission, emissions specification, production date, and market configuration. Year/make/model alone is not a promise of fitment. You must supply accurate information. Where we request VIN verification, provide it before shipment. We do not guarantee compatibility based on year/make/model alone.
Seller fitment error versus customer information error
If we ship a materially incorrect engine despite being supplied accurate required vehicle information, we handle reasonable corrective freight and do not charge a restocking fee. If the wrong product was selected because you supplied materially inaccurate or incomplete information or declined requested verification, ordinary return rules may apply and you may be responsible for freight and restocking where legally permitted. We do not use this clause to deny a genuine seller error.
Pricing
The listing price is the merchandise price in USD. Payment-method discounts, when offered, apply to merchandise as currently implemented and are shown at checkout after you select a method. They are not the Google feed price.
Pricing errors
If we discover a genuine obvious pricing error before fulfilment, we will inform you and allow you to accept corrected terms or cancel. Funds already received are refunded where applicable. We do not reserve an unlimited right to arbitrarily increase an accepted order price.
Freight
Freight for a supported single-unit contiguous-U.S. order is calculated and displayed before you place the order, as described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Residential delivery and liftgate service are included in that displayed freight. Multi-engine carts and unsupported destinations require a custom quote. The checkout freight amount for a supported single-unit order remains the freight associated with that order.
Order process
You submit an order through checkout. The website records the product price, freight, and any applicable payment-method discount. We issue an order acknowledgement. We may verify inventory, fitment, customer information, and payment. You complete payment according to the selected method and invoice instructions. Once the order is accepted and processed, fulfilment proceeds. This is not a quote-only catalogue: placing the order submits a purchase request at the displayed merchandise and freight amounts, subject to the verification and payment steps above. We do not use review as an excuse to add undisclosed mandatory charges to a supported automatically quoted order.
Order acceptance
Submitting checkout creates an order record in our system and an acknowledgement. We may decline or cancel before fulfilment if the engine is unavailable, fitment cannot be confirmed, payment fails, or we reasonably suspect fraud. An order is not something that exists only after a separate free-form writing; checkout is the order form. Related warranty, freight, and return terms are these published policies plus any listing-specific warranty actually stated.
Payment
See the Payment & Billing Policy. Payment is not taken on the checkout page. Do not send card numbers or passwords through chat or the contact form.
Taxes
If tax is legally required, it will be identified on the invoice where we are obligated to collect it.
Order cancellation
Before dispatch you may request cancellation without a restocking fee; paid funds are refunded according to the original method/process where practicable. After dispatch, cancellation follows the Returns & Refund Policy.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy, including handling time, transit estimates, inspection, and damage reporting.
Returns
Returns are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy, including the 14-day request window, authorization, buyer-remorse freight, and the 15% restocking fee on eligible change-of-mind returns.
Warranty
Warranty is governed by the Warranty Policy. Used engines: 90-day limited parts warranty. Remanufactured engines: 180-day limited parts warranty, unless a listing states a different verified warranty. Coverage starts on delivery.
Installation
Professional installation by a qualified automotive repair facility is strongly recommended. Improper installation is not covered. Labour and related expenses are not reimbursed unless expressly agreed in writing for the specific order.
Website acceptable use
Use the site for lawful browsing, enquiries, and checkout. Do not attempt to disrupt services, probe for vulnerabilities except with written authorization, or misuse chat to send payment secrets or illegal content.
Intellectual property
Website text, photographs we own, and catalog compilation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy the catalog for a competing listing site.
Manufacturer trademarks
Manufacturer and vehicle trademarks used to identify compatibility or products belong to their respective owners. We are an independent seller of replacement engines. Use of names such as Ford, Chevrolet, GM, Honda, Toyota, Lexus, or Infiniti does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or manufacturer authorization unless a specific relationship is actually stated.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content.
AI assistant
The on-site assistant may use Google-hosted generative AI as described in the Privacy Policy. Output can be wrong. It does not replace VIN confirmation or a qualified installer. Request a human when you need staff review.
Errors and corrections
We may correct typographical, specification, or inventory errors. Material corrections that affect an unfulfilled order are handled fairly: we tell you and you may accept the correction or cancel as described under pricing errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, towing, rental vehicles, or shop labour, except where we expressly agreed in writing for that order or where liability cannot legally be limited. Our total liability for a merchandise claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected engine and the freight we actually charged for that engine, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is unenforceable.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Where a term is not permitted, it is modified to the minimum extent required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply. Where legally permitted, venue lies in the courts of competent jurisdiction serving Dallas County, Texas. These Terms do not require mandatory binding arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a jury-trial waiver.
Changes
We may change these Terms. The version date is shown on this page. Checkout records the then-current policy version on new orders when the order schema supports it.
