What we use today
We currently set strictly necessary first-party cookies for the shopping session, chat continuity, and staff administration. We do not currently set third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Because these cookies are necessary to run cart, checkout, security tokens, and the chat widget you choose to open, we do not display a marketing-consent banner. If non-essential tracking is added later, consent will be reassessed.
Cookie inventory
The table on this page lists name, purpose, type, duration, and who receives the cookie. mefs_store is a session cookie (lifetime 0 in code: it lasts until the browser session ends). mefs_chat is written with a 30-day expiry when you use the assistant. mefs_admin is a staff session cookie and is not set during ordinary catalog browsing.
How to control cookies
You can delete site cookies in your browser. Deleting mefs_store clears cart/session continuity. Deleting mefs_chat starts a new chat token if you use the assistant again. Blocking all cookies may prevent checkout from working.
